Revenue Manager
We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth across two incredible Accor properties: Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort & Convention Centre and Peppers Marysville. Based on the Sunshine Coast, this role offers the opportunity to lead strategic revenue optimization, pricing, forecasting, and data analysis.
Novotel Sunshine Coast features over 370 rooms, a pool, a Lagoon for water activities, and exceptional dining options, with versatile facilities for up to 1,500 guests, making it a key player in both Australian and international conference markets. Meanwhile, Peppers Marysville offers a tranquil retreat with 100 beautifully appointed rooms set against breathtaking natural surroundings, providing guests a unique escape in a serene environment.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Revenue Manager ready to take their career to the next level: drive revenue growth across our iconic hotels and brands, optimize pricing strategies and channel performance, build best practices and work with sector-leading technology.
As Revenue Manager, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams, including Sales, Marketing and Reservations, to optimize our revenue performance across a portfolio of 2 properties and achieve our business goals.
You will formulate and execute revenue strategies, identify market trends, and collaborate closely with the executive team on forecast and pricing. You will be a contributor to our revenue management community of practice internally and externally, mentor junior team members and receive learning and development support as you grow your career as a Heartist®.
