Treasury Analyst

 

A leader in financial services is recruiting for a Treasury Analyst to join their team.

This is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation is a leader in their field with a strong track record of continuous growth. They are currently seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their team of four, reporting to a passionate and supportive manager.

This role offers excellent opportunities for learning and development with regular face time with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Model, analyse, prepare, and communicate cash forecasting daily to determine funding requirements.
  • Understand and develop improvements to the cash forecasting process and inputs by:
    • Liaising with other teams to understand their functions and funding requirements.
    • Utilising technology and business data for more accurate forecasting and reconciliation.
    • Investigating and ensuring accuracy and consistency of models, data queries, timelines, reports, and communications.
  • Perform detailed analysis and reconciliations.
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with all existing banks and investors in conjunction with APAC Treasury and HQ.
  • Investigate and liaise with the business to provide accurate, concise, and timely responses to queries from banks, investors, credit ratings agencies, trustees, and legal representatives.

Qualifications:

  • CA/CPA qualified/studying towards/Relevant finance degree
  • Minimum of two years of treasury experience.
  • Problem solving mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
  • Bonus points for securitisation experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
