About the Role
Our General Manager of Financial Administration is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to partner with and support the Financial Administration division and the wider organisation.
The Financial Administration team is at the forefront of the important services provided to State Trustees vulnerable clients. In this role; initiative, being organised, confidentiality and great interpersonal skills are imperative and relied upon while dealing with stakeholders of all levels across the organisation. This is a busy and fast paced role that is critical to the success of Financial Administration outcomes.
Duties
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager including meeting co-ordination, diary management, document preparation and ensure prioritisation of time is effectively allocated.
- Be the head administrator for the Financial Administration Senior Leadership team and division.
- Establish, build and maintain strong working relationships with all people across the organisation.
- Maintain accurate records for the division and assist with compiling reports, KPI measurement, financial reconciliations, risk registers and identify business trends and improvements.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant
- Relevant administration and customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to prepare high quality commercial standard correspondence
- Well-developed communication skills (written and spoken)
- Well-developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with discretion and reliability
- Ability to maintain security of confidential information at all times
- Computer literacy including intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office
